- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I treat every project as unique depending upon the scope of the project, the services rendered, the length of the project, and how much I need to be on-site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer, I first like to assess their needs. I will interview the relevant parties within the organization to ensure we have an understanding of the goals, deliverables, and proposed outcomes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business Administration, a pre-law degree, and a Certificate in Strategic Intervention Coach Training. I am also DISC certified, and am well-versed in a variety of other assessments and tools.
