- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always strive to work with clients on pricing. Our service' fees are often at a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do a FREE consultation. This provides both the client and me the opportunity to know whether we'd like to work with each other as well as allow us to know whether if we can truly help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have prior experience in Estate Planning Document preparation. However, for legal questions and estate planning representation, we always have an attorney available at his Attorney fee.
