- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% travel fee discount to all Military Personnel, Veterans & First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather initial information from the customer concerning the type of document they need notarized, who will be signing, does the signer have current valid ID and location of the signing. I ensure all the questions are answered ahead of time to ensure the appointment goes smoothly. I travel to the customer’s preferred location. I keep the customer informed of the process & provide confirmation text messages about the scheduled appointment. I ensure I arrive to the appointment on time and execute the notarization process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed California required training plus additional advanced certification training with the National Notary Association and certified by the Loan Signing System. I also engage in continuous learning and mentorship with various notary networks in San Diego County, California. Additionally, I have worked in a professional capacity for over 17 years.
