I came across Amy during my search for a paralegal assistant to help me with my Family Case situation. I had emailed a few different paralegals and Amy was the first to respond and was willing to help me immediately. After our initial consultation she jumped on my paperwork right away! She was easy to work with, very patient and was very detail-oriented with everything from beginning to end. She also double-checked everything before she submitted my paperwork to the court systems. I am so glad that I found Amy and I am sure I will be using her for all of my paralegal needs in the future. If you are looking for a great, detail-oriented paralegal I definitely recommend Amy!

She is not reliable, always missed appts and deadlines. I believed she didn't tell the truth about delivering/mailing documents. I asked numerous times for a copy of the final letter and proof that she mailed. Amy never provided me those documents.

This was a terrible experience. I asked amy to file my court documentation on Feb 20th and nothing is still done. She kept telling me it will be done by this time and that time. But nothing was done mods excuses if she has other things going on. I asked if you can’t do the job I asked then please say so and refund my money. She kept promising things will get done and 2 weeks later nothing was done. I payed and asked for my money back and nothing is still done and it’s March 6th. Maybe she done good work for people before but with me nothing was done and a waste of time and money. I’m writing this to warn you so use her at your own risk

I believe it is worth noting that you failed to provide me with the most recent court documents until March 3rd which is when it came to my attention that you actually needed to file a Response, not a Request for Order like you originally requested me to prepare. This meant twice the work that was quoted but I was not going to charge you twice the price. I wish you the best of luck and hopeful for a favorable outcome.

Originally, I had a fantastic response and conversation with Amy about my project. I paid her fee and gave her additional time to complete my project as I didn't need it for a month. I checked in a week or so in advance and she stated she was moving but would get to my project soon. Since then, I've heard nothing despite reaching out on this platform, via text, and requested a refund on Venmo. I even asked if she was going to complete the project and gave her a chance to let me know she needed more time. No response and still no refund. Beware.
