What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am offering a flat fee for a full living trust package at $1,000 per individual and $1,200 for a married couple (I believe this is the most competitive price on the market right now). The living trust package includes the trust document, a pour-over will (2 if married), a health care directive (2 if married), and a financial power of attorney (2 if married).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have created an intake form (provides instructions) for clients to fill out. Upon submitting the intake form, turnaround time is roughly 3-5 business days.
