Really wanted to select all 5 items above - in addition to quality work, professionalism and value, David was very responsive with communication and arrived on time. He was focused and skilled. Also, I asked if our piano needed additional work, and after evaluating, David declined the extra steps, although it would have resulted in a higher payment for him.
