- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the kind of photography you are after, my prices vary! However I'm always open to discussing a deal and all my base pricing details can be found on my website daniellefalknorphotography.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting the shoot, I like to have a phone or face to face meeting with you to make sure I understand what you're after and the kind of style you want. I also like to make clear how I work and let you know what you'd need to bring with you on the day, (I sometimes offer styling direction and can offer hair & make up services) how long the shoot will be expected to take and when you'd get your final photos. After that I ask for a 50% deposit to book the photoshoot, with the remainder to be charged on the day of the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have grown up with a camera in my hand. My training has been from my father, (an accomplished travel photographer), and who got me my first photography job at the tender age of 16 for the Emirates Woman magazine. Formal training was conducted at the Dubai American University, the Surrey Institute of Art and Design in the UK, and the Richmond American International University in London. Otherwise I have learned from experience.
