I am partnering with a local broker/asset manager to offer property management, cleanings, and home organization. - Airbnb Co-Host Fee: 20% **includes accounting** - Long Term Rental management fee: 10% **includes accounting** - Airbnb cleanings require a consultation for a quote Standard Cleanings: - $35 an hour for 1 worker - $65 an hour for 2 workers - $95 an hour for 3 workers Deep Clean/Detailing & Move Out Cleans: - $42 an hour for 1 worker - $80 an hour for 2 workers - $118 an hour for 3 workers **Includes carpet cleaning if client wishes** Carpet Cleaning Alone (we own a brand new Bissel ProHeat 2x) - $45 an hour Home Organizing: - $40 an hour - Add onto any cleaning for $20 an hour **Pricing includes plant-based cleaning products and all equipment/tools we use**
