John came out to look at a leaky dishwasher issue. He was very honest and let me know that I needed an appliance repairman rather than a plumber. I very much appreciated that he did not charge me or try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He took a good amount of time to look at my dishwasher and diagnose the issue.
