We are a small design firm and Remsis has been doing all our IT services for a couple of years now. They are always responsive, very professional and also help to educate us on how to check and fix small issues ourselves. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing Service! Nothing less than outstanding. I worked with Roman, and he successfully purged this nasty Searchbaron / searchmarquis virus that spread to all of my web browsers on my MacBook ... I had been trying to fix the problem myself for weeks --- and he fixed it in just a half an hour with a remote login! I highly suggest his service. He knows what he's doing.

    All the depends on if you are looking for a one-time IT project or ongoing managed IT services, but for most we start with: 1. A brief phone call to evaluate the IT requirements and Services requested. 2. Meet the customer at their place of business to provide a free consultation including a network assessment at no cost to evaluate their current IT infrastructure. 3. Setup a 2nd meeting to present the customer with a detailed quote and roadmap for services and products discussed during the first meeting.
