I am always researching, collaborating with instructors, and attend Seminars with some of the best people in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was thin, weak, and unhealthy. I experienced Bullying and low self esteem and wanted to help otheers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide Presentations, Seminars, and Training for private, small group, and businesses. We offer one beginning and progressive classes and seminars. Busy professionals and all types of social, community and professional groups have seeked out our professional and practical training programs.
