Kris Zelinka says, "Dell-Mora Heating and Air were top notch. Mike basically fixed what another company messed up and installed a new AC unit. Literally went out of his way to fix the furnace when he didnt have to. Mike was honest, super knowledgeable and never tried to upsell me on anything. You can tell Mike truly cares about his business and profession. Thank you!"See more

Rob J. says, "A Great first impression and very well-run business! I had originally found they great folks on Thumbtack; after reading about the very positive reviews they have on Thumb Tack, I decided to give them a try as I was looking for a very affordable solution to my previous HVAC Installer and Maintenance service company. Straight Shooter was very accommodating with scheduling availability. I booked an appt and received a few text messages for confirmation of service date an a reminder 24 prior to the appt date. (Love it when Communication works) Aaron called about 30 minutes in advance to make sure I was home and advised that he would be arriving in about 15-20 Which was right in line with the 11:00-12:00 appt time. I was more than impressed with Aaron's professionalism and knowledge, he asked me a few questions and then he dove right into the service and inspection he made some very helpful mentions about some option items that could be added to my system after I explained that my wife sufferer from allergies and keeping the air quality in our home was important. Aaron explained how each alternative item could enhance the air quality Absolutely ("ZERO" Pressure to do anything beyond the scope of what was discussed for this service visit. I truly appreciated that as I think most people would. We all know the SHYSTERS in this industry and these folks are not part of that mentality. These folks are more about capturing a customer and maintaining a long-term positive relationship with the people they serve. Straight Shooter is all in their name because that was the experience I received and I'm sure you will as well. "It's how they run their business" Props to Aaron! Great job sir, I very much appreciated the time and service you provided you're truly a solid professional backed by honesty and integrity! Many Blessings and prosperity to you and Straight Shooter going forward."See more

Cindi M. says, "Very professional company that knows their HVAC systems! They sent Max out very quickly to provide me with a quote for a new AC system. I was sold on Max's confidence, knowledge and low pressure. I got 5 quotes, I liked Max's presentation best and coincidentally they had the best price. I love a company that answers their phone or calls you back promptly, this describes Cool Guys. Once I was ready to move forward they got a team out here to do a quick efficient install. The team was respectful of my property and left things clean. My 2 ton AC Pro is doing a great job at keeping me cool at my home in Clairemont as we embark on San Diegos biggest heatwave on record. The unit is the newer slim design which i love, its very quiet and energy efficient. Highly recommend!!"See more

K P. says, "Requested an estimate for what seemed like a couple of blocked ducts/vents. The team spent over 90 mins trying to diagnose that issue. Could not find the exact issue, perhaps there was none. The what the vents and piping was laid out originally was the problem. But these guys really tried to find the cause. Did not hire them due to the cost of the over all rebuild (Not their fault). But was impressed with their intent to find the actual issue."See more
