FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the complexity of the return prepared. Based on the estimated time to prepare, I will quote a price. Generally the price is based on $200 an hour rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have an introduction interview. There we review the tax return needed, the tax documents needed, and the prior year return if available. Once all the tax documents are received, I prepare the tax return. Finally there is a final meeting or phone consult to review the tax return before it is signed and submitted. I am available all year after the filing for issues that may arise on the tax return.
