- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary based on the level of detail involved in tax returns. If the return is a fairly simple W2, I only charge in the $20-$30 range. However if the return is more complicated, and involves for example rental properties then my services can range from $30-$50. The same applies to the bookkeeping services I offer, as maintaining financial records for a business with 5 employees is different than a business with over 50 employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a questionnaire that allows me to better understand the client and/or the business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have my enrolled agent license, and am a certified Quickbooks advisor, in which I passed the platinum test series, the most difficult test series for an advisor to complete.
