I found John on Thumbtack and he replied to me very quickly. He listened to what I needed for Security Cameras. I told him what I had purchased and he suggested one additional very important item that saved the day.
John gave me a fixed price for the job and stuck with it even after having some challenges. Very polite and a pleasure to be around. He explained everything very clearly.
Great guy, easy to work with, on time, and responsive. We will hire him again.

Jon was a nice enough guy but he didn’t complete the job as agreed to and also damaged the screen door at my unit. Will definitely not recommend his service to friends or family and will not be using him in the future.

Thank you for your review Timothy. It is unfortunate about your screen door that I walk through and damaged as I was unloading my tools when I first arrived. The screen door was open as I was unloading and for some reason someone closed it in the middle of unloading. it was my fault but the screen door is see thru and you can’t tell if it’s closed or open even up close. I took responsibility for it. I did give Timothy money for the screen plus I didn’t charge him for my services on one of the 2 tvs. I left without completing the job because the environment started to become very awkward as we were heckling over how much the screen door was and reimbursement. It was an unfortunate one off situation that I tried to mitigate by reimbursing Timothy for screen door plus not charging him at all for my services on one tv.
