- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Small Women Owned Business for hire. We quote each individual project based on a time and effort cost analysis, fixed cost. While we CAN work Agile, we prefer to work on a fixed cost basis as AGILE can result in higher costs that a client may not be prepared for, whereas when we quote a fixed cost, there's no question about costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Initial meeting for an introduction and Q&A around the project, business, and goals to assess whether a discovery call is necessary to move forward. -This is approximately a 15-20 minute call. Step 2: Discovery call is set for 1 hour with myself and our lead developer to gain an understanding of the features and functional requirements of the website, custom software, or mobile application. (We can also design and build dApps, Web Apps, Crypto, and Blockchain.) -This is approximately 30-60 minutes. Step 3: Effort Analysis is completed by the team and a Statement of Work is issued. A follow up call is then scheduled to review the Statement of Work (SOW) with the client and Q&A. -This is approximately 20-60 minutes, depending on the scope of work. Step 4: Down Payment is sent and received by The Beehive. Step 5: A KICK OFF CALL is scheduled with the team and client. -This is approximately a 10-15 minute call. Progress Calls are generally held weekly. Instant communication channel (i.e. What's App, Telegram, or Slack) is established for quick interactions as needed, with our team and the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Account Executive who has 17 years of successful sales and strong client relationships because my client's needs are Priority #1. This work ethic sets me apart from many others and puts me in a great position to manage my client's projects from start to finish. My sense of urgency and integrity are a necessity in the technology business today.
