- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour if I can drive there every day from San Diego. If travel involves flying to your site or overnight stays, the rate may increase slightly and will include economy travel costs added to the quote and presented for your approval before the job starts. I am by far the best deal for the money compared to the $125 per hour that most consultants charge and i offer better service than most. I graduated top in my MBA class see my linkedin profile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone conversation to access capability. Present a written estimate of job duration, work provided, and cost. Acceptance by customer, begin job, finish job. I like to keep things simple and clear for a job well done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA, Engineering, Science, and Project Management Degrees. We network and attend workshops and seminars to stay current.
