- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the varying requirements and goals of each customer and project, we try to avoid standard pricing systems. We distinguish ourselves from our competitors by offering tailored services hence different pricing per project. We avoid cookie cutter pricing as it results in cookie cutter end products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically follow the process below for our projects: 1) Information Gathering- This is where we get with the customer to understand their business requirements and what their vision is. 2) Planning- This is where we together with the customer define what needs to be done, who has what deliverables and what the project schedule and pricing is. 3) Design- This is where we will engage with the customer to define the look and feel of the website/Mobile app/desktop app via various means such as wireframes, mockups, user stories. 4) Development- This stage will be used for implementing the software. 5) Testing and Delivery- Cross browser/device testing, feature testing. 6) Maintenance- General upkeep and changes throughout the life of the software/website/Mobile app.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team has Masters degree in Computer fields and the founder has a Masters degree in Computers from a top 10 school in the US.
