- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at $200 for an on-location photo shoot. That price also includes retouching and digital photos with unlimited rights to print and share. There's nothing more to buy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client contacts me, we connect to learn more about one another. This initial conversation helps set up a successful photo shoot. We talk about how the photos will be used, the style the client wants to achieve, and possible locations, dates, and times. During the shoot, I make my clients feel extremely comfortable. We're typically capturing "keeper" shots within the first few minutes. I help with posing, wardrobe, props, etc. After the shoot, I send my clients a gallery of images from the shoot to pick from. I also share which images are my favorites. I'll edit the images we pick and then deliver digital files with a print release so the client can print and share images as much as they'd like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I opened my business in 2010, but I cannot remember life without a camera in my hand. I'm constantly shooting, learning from other photographers, participating in photo projects to push my creativity, and paying for continuing education courses online to get better. Photography is not just a business for me. It's a passion.
