I asked in advance twice the cost of coming to the house to check out the situation and the first time there was no response, the second time there was no indication of an initial visit charge. Under the circumstance that there was no charge to come over to check things out, I kept my appointment. I was not home during the visit but my boyfriend was.
The technician, Walter, arrived an hour early, completely unannounced and then 10 minutes later when he left he charged us $75. Had I been there I would have argued that I was advised there would be no charge as nothing was done. I attempted to reach out to the company twice for reconciliation and refund, but they are refusing to respond in any way.
