Todd Ferrell has served our organization in bookkeeping and accounts payable, including payroll and tax accounting and tax reporting--admirably. In start-up he helped us buy and set up systems that match our needs. He adds special value by not only reporting 'numbers' to our board, but improving our understanding, highlighting our trends, issues, and opportunities that he notes for us. I have worked with Todd for over 15 years since setting up my business. Prior to Todd, I was managing everything on an excel spreadsheet. Todd has been invaluable to us and our business over the past 20 years. During the recent COVID pandemic he helped us to get thousands of dollars in PPP grants, EIDL loans and tax credits. Our business would not have survived without Todd’s help. Also he has set us up with a credit card service, including training us and our technicians in on how to charge payments. In a recent credit card dispute which involved thousands of dollars, Todd went above and beyond and managed to get the dispute resolved. Once a month Todd comes into our office to help with our financials and reconciling accounts. He is also available by email or phone for any other questions or concerns. In addition to his excellent book keeping skills and QuickBooks expertise he is very personable, and genuinely seems to care about our business. I would highly recommend Todd for all your book keeping needs, credit card services and to help get your business organized.

We offer a FREE 30-minute initial consultation. Our pricing is billable on an hourly basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we meet with our clients to determine what their needs are and challenges are to ensure we are going to be a good fit for their needs. We are financial people and treat our client's businesses like we would treat our own. We won't take on a client if we didn't feel we were up for the task and able to help the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA degree in Organizational Psychology and 25-year experience in Bookkeeping, Payroll, Payment Management, and Business Consulting. Our team are QB Pro-Advisors and we are an Authorized Intuit Reseller. In the past I have also worked for Intuit.
