- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique. Our pricing is based upon many factors including location, square footage, year built, as well as specific information about the concerns of our client. We also must consider the amount and type of contaminants of concern. Please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we can customize the correct pricing for the individual needs of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we would have an initial conversation discussing the concerns of our potential client. We would then ask additional questions to understand more about the project and/or narrow down the scope of our work. Once we have an understanding of the situation, we can discuss pricing and possibly applicable services. Thereafter we would draft and send out paperwork related to our services. Once the paperwork has been signed and returned to our office, we can schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A complete listing of the individual certifications that the members of our organization hold can be found on our website. Our certifications are designated to us through the ACAC, CDPH, and EPA.
