We recently completed a bathroom renovation with Refresh and Build and could not be happier with the result. After simply providing a drawing of what we wanted they delivered exactly what we requested and more. They made the permit process easier, provided expertise and knew how to schedule inspections efficiently. They referred us to vendors and every referral was very helpful in accomplishing our goal. Great care was taken during the construction process to keep the project area clean and orderly. Communication was excellent throughout the project and at no point did we feel pressured to add more to the project. The quality of work is outstanding, have high confidence in the work they provided and they will be our first call for our next renovation.

We bought a new house in Redwood city and we were looking to increase the size of the house we wanted an extra bedroom and some more closet space, increase the size of the kitchen and an extra bathroom a total of 300 sqf addition. We started calling contractors to get bids, well first of all not every contractor can handle home addition, we called 6 only 2 accepted to meet us, one contractor did a quick calculation and wanted to lock us up on a contract after 20 min of being there, we nicely declined.
When Sam from Refresh and Build met with us, his asked soo many questions to know all our needs and we asked questions back about the process and he explained everything on details, couple days later he connected us with an architect and who helped us to get the layout, and only when the architect did the layout that Sam provided with a very detailed proposal.
He really made it very easy for us to understand all the costs and comparing to the other guy, his price was way better.
After we had all the blueprints, Sam applied for the permit and scheduled all the inspections, the demolition went well, the foundation went well, the framing and plumbing and HVAC went super well, every single task was on schedule that he provided us. That helped us a lot because we had to move and live in another house.
After passing all inspections they installed the cabinets for the kitchen and counter within a week dn the all appliances right after se we could move in, and then they finished the work with the bathroom and the paint.
My brother bought a house too right after and they are doing his home addition, what can I say they have been just fantastic, professional and on time.

For start, they are very prompt with everything and Sam is very responsive. He definitely gets the work done and keeps his word. My company was very limited with a deadline to get our building revamped asap and Refresh and Build complete their promises immediately. Sam was very helpful with answering many questions we had and the workers are so quick that they got the work done within 1 week and a half. Best company to reach out to because they are very quick with their work and the room looks great!

We hired Refresh and Build with Sam for a full bathroom remodel and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Sam handled all permitting seamlessly, every inspection was scheduled on time and the work was fully code compliant throughout. That level of professionalism on the administrative side alone set the tone for the entire project. The workmanship was outstanding. Tile work was precise, waterproofing was done properly, and the attention to detail in every finish was evident. This is the kind of quality you notice immediately when you walk into the finished space. What really impressed us was how carefully Sam and his team handled the finish materials. Fixtures, tile, and hardware were all treated with care from delivery through installation, nothing scratched, nothing damaged, everything installed exactly as intended. Anyone who has managed a remodel knows that is harder to pull off than it sounds.Sam is knowledgeable, communicative, and runs a tight operation. Refresh and Build delivered a beautiful bathroom and we would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects
