- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Receive a written request, on company letterhead requesting. 2. Discuss or meet for 30 minutes, face-to-face
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend conferences on an average of three to five meetings weekly. The intent is to gather, stay up on latest leadership, development and best business applications according to client needs, I also provide training for continuing education, managing business/technical events and maintaining partnerships.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The process began early on, in career. It has been a passion and business, for more than 20 years.
