- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on both a fixed fee and hourly basis depending on the project. If you need assistance with getting your new business off the ground, I offer fixed rate packages for start-ups. All other requests will generally be handled on an hourly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first 15 minute phone consultation with any prospective client is always free of charge, so let me know if you'd like to discuss your legal needs over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Columbia Law School graduate (2012) and a member of the State Bar of California. I have 10 years of extensive experience with contract drafting, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, trademark filings, and corporate law matters such as corporate formation and structuring, partnership and operating agreements, corporate filings and maintenance. I advise and provide general counsel services to corporations of all types and sizes including social purpose corporations, small businesses, and B-corps. My clients love how I keep things simple, take the time to educate them on their options, and help them grow their businesses and navigate challenges with a conscious and collaborative mindset. Prior to founding my firm, I worked at two of the nation’s top law firms (Akin Gump, Winston and Strawn), where I worked on large scale deals, including billion-dollar utility-scale wind and solar projects.
