Their quote for the first job was very competitive and they were fast to complete the removal of a large quantity of cement throughout our property. We were so impressed that we hired them to install 2 patios - again, very professional and an excellent price for the high quality of work.

Professional, good communicators, very efficient. Very competitive pricing and job completed on-schedule! My project sidewalk/driveway slab repair for which technical details were communicated remotely. I made an incorrect assumption that this contractor would know how to build SF city standard for sewer vent gap fixtures and ramp tapering geometry, so my only suggestion to future customers is to meet in-person and make explicit agreements with respect to finishing details
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are not the lowest as we do not follow low price standards for good service. What I do with work and price, it's simple, company/customer profit and satisfaction, so we have competitive and fair prices for quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Knowing about the new plans of the new project of our customers and most importantly, for a good service and quality of work, because every detail is important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with people studied in the field of engineering and demolition and construction management with the project to better serve, and the plan to send all the most qualified and possible people for the best work.
