FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on time, distance, materials, complexity of job. We kindly ask to respect our time and budget on the platform and only reach out for quote only if the project is tangible.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Let's schedule a call, preferably a video one, we are also willing to visit the jobsite free of charge and provide a quote for serious clients. If we agree to move forwards we will provide you estimate/contract, then schedule, mobilize and deliver quality work for you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Wires path, attic or crawl space accessibility, share panel box photos for adding circuits or 240v, specify who supplies materials, specify if the wiring is knob and tube. Provide as much details as possible, it's hard to provide an accurate quote without visits, photos and video calls.
