Anouar did a great job replacing some old knob and tube system and installing outlets and lights in our garage. He was patient throughout the process — especially when we ran into hiccups trying to trace old knob and tube wires around the wall. The project was not the easiest one and we appreciate that he saw it through! I would recommend him and ask him for future projects!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on time, distance, materials, complexity of job. We kindly ask to respect our time and budget on the platform and only reach out for quote only if the project is tangible.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Let's schedule a call, preferably a video one, we are also willing to visit the jobsite free of charge and provide a quote for serious clients. If we agree to move forwards we will provide you estimate/contract, then schedule, mobilize and deliver quality work for you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Wires path, attic or crawl space accessibility, share panel box photos for adding circuits or 240v, specify who supplies materials, specify if the wiring is knob and tube. Provide as much details as possible, it's hard to provide an accurate quote without visits, photos and video calls.
