He was honest about how much work actually needed to be done. Other electricians were telling me I needed to do a bigger repair than necessary. It might have just been different perspectives on the problem and not intentional dishonesty on their part. However, his repair suggestion actually matched what PG&E told me when they came out to do a diagnosis. It saved me tons of money, which I appreciated as a single parent on a teacher's salary.
