From the very beginning, Benjamin impressed me with his promptness, honesty, and high quality work. When he came to take a look at the garage wall where I wanted a new outlet for the dryer, I also asked him to look at a couple of outlets upstairs that had stopped working. Not only did he take a look, he diagnosed the issue right away, showed me the problem (wire had become disconnected from the outlet), and promptly fixed it. Now everything works upstairs! He came back a little later and tackled the new outlet with a wire extending from the existing panel. Total time, ~2.5 hours. Not only that, he swept up debris from the garage floor without being asked. From start to finish, he was prompt and responsive, and the work is exactly how we had wanted it. Keeping him in my file of reliable contractors for the next electrical issue that may arise. Thanks, Benjamin!!!
