- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We handle all of our cases on a contingency basis, which means we do not receive any attorney fees unless we obtain a recovery for our client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a prospective client contacts our office, we conduct a thorough intake of the individual's case. If we decide to represent the prospective client, we send out a retainer agreement for him/her to sign. We then get to work on our end to obtain the maximum recovery. If the client has any questions or would like a status update, the client may contact our office at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attorneys are licensed in California and have attended ABA-accredited law schools.
