- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well, I know, for customers pricing is also one of the concerns but I would say it totally depends on the type of event and also how many hours they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is kind of simple, we talk on the phone or in-person and discuss the event, then after finalizing the deal we move on to the next part which is signing the contract, and then in the end I ask them to pay 50% deposit to secure the date and the rest before two weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I graduated from one of the best university in San Francisco. I came here to pursue Photography and then after started up Mighty Portraits as a full-time.
