Almost a year afer our busy lives picked up, Derek and I are leaving a review. We had a few pretty specific requests regarding the photos and time frame - Nick was nothing but understanding and cooperative. He is tremendously talented and is everything I could have hoped for in a photographer. He is also kind and easy going, which made it a lot easier to discuss the ceremony for us. I loved the way the photos were presented (digitally for us) as well as the composition of the photos.
I would definitely hire Nick again for any of my photography needs, I'm glad Derek and I discussed the photographer choices for so long - we wouldn't have found Nick otherwise.

From the moment we met Nick to discuss our event, we knew he'd be a great fit and we were not disappointed. Mr. Otto captured the ambiance, the people, and the important moments of our wedding reception while seeming to blend into the background. He was extremely easy to work with and the photographs are beautiful (far more artistic and in-the-moment than standard posed photos). Nick is a super-talented photographer with a great personality to match and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to capture important memories and life events. Five stars!

As a couple of creatives (I art direct and my husband has a side business dedicated to event photography), my husband and I were determined to find a friendly, focused photographer with a penchant for capturing fleeting moments of bliss. Nick was the greatest vendor we invested in during our wedding.
Having some art direction background, I know how important it is to invite only vendors with good personalities and professionalism into sacred spaces and moments. Nick was thoughtful, thorough and energetic and helpful at all points of planning. He made everyone in front of the lens feel comfortable, boosting the happy vibes. Nick was punctual, focused and polite without intrusion. He happily and deftly adjusted to the chaos, lighting, confusion and traveling of our wedding. All the while, he caught and framed all those great moments we dreamt of and even ones we missed with a sharp eye. His creative energy also showed in his ability to quickly spot and utilize angles and poses which made us and our venues actually look more attractive and dreamy.
I would suggest any bride see Nick if they want someone to wonderfully capture those special, fleeting wedding memories!

Nick was incredible. Easy to work with, showed up early, and got incredible shots. I gave him examples of a few specific shots I was looking for and he went far and away beyond my expectations. What he captured was the essence of our company. We'll be seeing him at our next conference!

Nick is very personable, professional, and genuine- simply put, a really nice, go with the flow kind of guy who just happens to be an amazing photographer too! He shot our wedding a few weeks ago and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the results. All of the photos from beginning to end are really beautiful. One of my friends nailed it when she said "his photos really capture what your relationship is all about" and I agree wholeheartedly.
