James was fantastic. He and his crew came out to help demo part of our concrete that was blocking water flow. Not only did he discuss multiple options we could try before we decided, he was willing and able to pivot when day-of we had a last minute change needed for the project. He went above and beyond to give us what we needed and then advised on a few other projects that we're DIYing, giving us invaluable advice. We would absolutely work with James again if/when we move into our next project.

We had a semi-urgent yet small work request to patch + replace some concrete, and alter exterior stairs due to insurance requirements, and we were able to get the work completed without fuss through working with James. At every step of the way he was incredibly responsive, transparent, and punctual, and the finished product was better than expected.

We had James replace an old stone walkway with a concrete path to our stairs. He did a beautiful job, and followed up quickly afterwards to water the concrete and clean the worksite. Terrific experience.

My Neighbour referred me to Cullen Construction a few months ago I contacted them as the sewer from my house kept backing up. James came out and put a camera down my sewer line which showed lots of tree roots. They came out and replaced my sewer from the street to the house and I also re done the concrete in my driveway. Easy to talk to, reasonable price and finished outcome looked great!
