FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach blends high and low price points to create a thoughtful, balanced wardrobe tailored to each client’s lifestyle. I focus on educating clients about textures, color palettes, silhouettes, and making purposeful, justifiable purchases. PHASE 1: Closet Edit * In-home wardrobe assessment to determine what to keep, consign, donate, or archive. * Identification of wardrobe gaps and creation of multiple styled looks (photographed for easy reference). * Customized organization system by season, color, occasion, and theme. * Personalized guidance on fit, silhouette, and styling techniques tailored to your body type. * Duration: Approximately 2 - 3 hours, depending on wardrobe size. PHASE 2: Shopping * Pre-shopping preparation based on your budget, goals, and style direction. * Curated in-store or virtual shopping experience with pre-selected items. * Outfit creation for specific events, lifestyle needs, and personal branding. * All selected pieces will be documented in a personalized online portal for easy access. PHASE 3: Consignment & Virtual Styling * Support with consignment logistics and sourcing one-of-a-kind vintage or secondhand finds. * Pinterest boards serve as a visual direction guide. * Ongoing virtual styling via Zoom or FaceTime, including personalized, shoppable boards. PHASE 4: Special Event Styling * Full-service styling for milestone occasions, professional appearances, or media engagements. * Initial consultation to understand the event, your personal style, and desired aesthetic. * I’ll source complete looks (including accessories) for you to try on in person or virtually.
