Communication from this group is awful. I booked them and I received their automated message. It mentioned they had a $99 service call fee. I originally thought this meant to clean my chimney would cost at least $99 if not a bit more depending on what they find. To clarify, I asked them if the $99 was in addition to the actual job (service call +labor). They responded that the quote was free. That didn't answer my question... I asked the same question again, and they responded with a simple "no" the 2nd time. I then canceled the appointment that same evening, 2 days before the booked date. They then call me the day before about confirming my service followed by a text. I responded to the text and said I had canceled to which they replied 'k'. They then call my phone FOUR times back to back the morning of the appt with two different numbers and texted after to confirm if I still wanted the service. At that point I told them no again and to stop spamming my phone. Between the vague answers to questions and the consistent calling for something I had canceled, something did not feel right with this group. I would caution people in selecting them, and at MININUM, make sure they answer all your questions fully before deciding to hire.
