Step 2: Free Onsite Consultation & Estimate We visit your home, take measurements, and provide an initial budget. Step 3: Pre-Construction We develop and review design, engineering, and architectural plans with you. Step 4: Procuring Permits We handle all required permits to ensure compliance with local regulations. Step 5: Construction Phase We hold a kickoff meeting and maintain weekly communication throughout the build. Step 6: Project Completion We conduct a Pre-Delivery Inspection to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction. Our dedicated project manager is always available to address your questions or concerns, ensuring a smooth process and a beautiful final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All contractors have complete a program by the CSLB and four years of experience prior.
