The estimator was brusque and not at all collaborative. I had two projects. My exterior wood stairs needed a repair. He said they didn’t repair because they would be responsible for the entirely of the 3 story stair case - engineering and construction. They would only tear it all down and rebuild the whole thing. This was a one day project and although I respect job minimums, he could have just said this. My second project involved a shower leaking into the floor below. He assessed the job from below subfloor (where I had opened the ceiling) and pronounced that the installation had been done without waterproofing. It was all fine with permits. When I said the waterproofing would be applied above the area we were looking at and impossible to see he said “well it could be black or it could be red. They go on different sides.” Huh? When we got to the shower itself he said our only solution was to remove all the tile in the pan and in the bathroom and redo all of it since we had no idea where the leak was coming from. No discussion of a plumbing test on inlet or outlet. No discussion of a pan leak test to rule in/out that specific area. Nope - all new tile. The whole thing. I won’t bother with him being half an hour late and going to the wrong address. And I certainly understand the desire to bid jobs that have enough money behind them. But he seemed fairly clueless, ensuring that when it’s time to do that big job….these guys won’t get the call.

I was extremely satisfied at the finished result. Edri Construction did a great job remodeling my kitchen. Isaac and his team really know what they are doing, they were very professional and clean. Every day after they would finish up they made sure to clean up after themselves. The end result was excellent and I am super satisfied with my new kitchen. It looks very modern and is very functional also. Thank you !!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer to finance to our customers and discounts for raw and finish materials with selected vendors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer in-person and virtual consultations. Once the initial consultation is completed and estimate, we meet once more to discuss the estimate. If everything is to the customer's liking, we will get them into a contract. The customer will be joined into a group chat. Once everything is in order, all permits (if required) will be pulled, and work will start once the permit is received and approved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All contractors have complete a program by the CSLB and four years of experience prior.
