JLQ construction redid my fireplace. Excellent quality of work. It was easy to communicate. The project took 5 days including demolition of the old mantel, tiling, redoing the floor, installing new cover for the fireplace and TV. Very satisfied with the project and overall experience.

JLQ did an incredible job with building and mounting a custom HVAC return register with acacia panels as well as drywall repair and repainting. It's incredibly difficult to find anyone willing and able to do this quality of work in Palo Alto.

Jose did exterior repair and painting for our house. He is really easy to work with. He is very detailed oriented with excellent communication skills. He was good at keeping us in the loop of what needed to be done and why, so we never felt like we were in the dark anytime during the project. He gave us a fair price and delivered the project on time. I will definitely work with him again in the future.

Jose and team did a wonderful job installing a retrofit window and installing patio roofs. He is easy to talk to and helpful presenting different options. At the end I appreciated that he took time to test for water leaks and also jumped in to do touch up work. Highly recommended.
