We had recently purchased a house and needed a lot of construction work to be done so having someone trustworthy was very important to me. I met with 5 contractors and narrowed it down to 2. Prosper Construction really impressed me with their proposal and price breakdown but there were some things that really made Prosper stand out compared to the other contractor. He completely changed the layout of my kitchen and gave me an idea that none of the other contractors even mentioned and that was a big like for me. We also ended up updated the style in a downstairs half bathroom. Work included a kitchen remodel, master suite, bathroom and hardwood flooring throughout the house. I am a very picky person when it comes to changing things in my house, and I like the options that Prosper gave me. Prosper Construction is definitely a company that we will be using in the future and recommending them to anyone that needs remodeling. Thanks, you really saved us!

We've owned our home for 8 years now and have been anxious to expand our very tiny and outdated living room and downstairs bathroom since we purchased our home! I was so leery about hiring a contractor for a home remodel and concerned about different creative views before Prosper Construction Development. Upon meeting for the consultation, our concerns were immediately alleviated. Adam was very friendly and professional and helped us to make decisions that were in our budget range but also let us create the kind of beautiful spaces we had always wanted. The job included a full bathroom remodel, demolition of upstairs addition, living room, cabinetry and new windows. They were able to work with what I had and make my home more beautiful that I ever knew it had the potential to be. They even made suggestions that I would of never thought of but I trusted them and they did an excellent job.

After a lot of research and consideration, we decided to expand our house. We read the great reviews for Prosper Construction Development and we decided to get an estimate from them. David was our project manager and we definitely recommend working with him. We recently finished our big job adding a second floor to our house and expanded our first floor. On the first floor we added 700 sf., we enlarged our kitchen and living room area making a more open space. On the second floor we added 550 sf. which we made a master bedroom with a big master closet and a master bathroom. Inevitably with a big project there are unforeseen changes and how your contractor deals with them I believe differentiates the best - in this regard Prosper was excellent, flexible and always proposing creative solutions within budget. I am so happy it looks beautiful. Thank you Prosper Construction

We had to add on to our home and went through a whirlwind of changes before finally working with Prosper Construction Development. I reached out to them and started the process. Prosper set all of our worries aside and accomplished exactly what we were aiming for. I couldn't be happier with the results. We converted a very outdated 1960s kitchen to a state of art kitchen, extended the laundry room and painting. The finished project is gorgeous. Prosper answered every question in detail and left nothing unanswered. I’ll be sure to keep them in mind when referring for a contractor simply because they were just that good and believe me I'm picky! Thank you so much to Prosper Construction’s team for making our vision come true.

Prosper and his team took our small 1960s kitchen with very limited storage space/living room and redesigned a beautiful and efficient kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a modern open floor plan. Here is what they did: installation of crown molding in family room, entry and living room, renovation of guest bathroom which included tile, resurfacing walls, replacing plumbing, installation of cabinetry and sink, painting, new door, upgrade all electrical for safety reasons. Prosper also came out to my home a couple of times--once to check on the demo and once during installation. I will also say Adam has really good vision when it comes to a project, he has good suggestions and makes it his first priority to have a happy customer. I highly recommend working with Adam, David and Prosper as their attention to detail and work ethic is by far amongst the best I've seen.
