Sebastian was very conscious regarding scheduling sub-contractors. He and his workers were here every day. They also cleaned up every day. Workmanship was great. I would definitely hire him again.

Sebastian and his crew were excellent for our project. We had a pretty unique request where we asked him to build a substantial retaining wall, a decorative wood wall on top of that, a back deck, and another fence. It was mostly a cosmetic, hardscaping job to disguise some strange "SF-Style" weird hillside that abuts one side of our yard. I had much of the creative vision, but Sebastian brought a ton of great ideas, and excellent execution with, what I perceive to be, top craftsmanship. I will hire him again to do more work at our place. Also, he is a very chill guy, so that helped with our pace. We are not intense (I hope), but we demanded excellent, high-end work. He used top-end materials (ipe wood) and stainless steel hardware. He really matched our style.

Sebastian was very easy to work with. Our project was complicated and required the involvement of a couple sub-contractors, but in the end, it turned out exactly the way we'd hoped.

Sebastian did a range of projects across my condo, from building to painting. You can tell that he really enjoys the work -- thinking through each new idea as a challenge to be solved, and he's not daunted by ideas that seem complicated or setbacks along the way. He coordinated with a range of other vendors to bring in all of the parts, and referred me to high-quality providers whose work I now enjoy having in my home. He's done such amazing work that it was a no-brainer to bring him in for another project on my new place. You can tell that he's incredibly honest and really goes far beyond to make you happy. I've recommended him to several friends already.
