Introduction: I like to make meaningful connections with customers and will go above and beyond to deliver great service. I am very responsive to questions and will normally respond within 24 hours. I also work very quickly and I am aware of a clients deadline. I earned my BFA from the Academy of Art University, and I have about 4 years of experience working with clients in the Illustration and design industry. I am a versatile artist who is knowledgeable about many different art media, including but not limited to gouache, watercolor, oil and acrylic paint, charcoal, and graphite. I also have a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop design software. Doing creative work is my heart and soul. I like overcoming design challenges and I take pride in solving problems for my clients.

China was great to work with. She was incredibly responsive and is very talented. I hired her to create a mural for my company because I loved her illustrative style. She created a design that fit our somewhat specific requests and worked with a less-than-ideal wall space--she painted the doorknobs into the mural! We were flexible about the timing, so there were no issues there! She completed it to my complete satisfaction. Thanks, China!

China was very wonderful to work with and patient, especially with all the chaos going around. We were expecting a total of 10 kids for my son's 5th birthday. We hired China to be our facepainter, however she ended up working over the hour we hired since more than 10 kids showed up. She was great.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a thorough understanding of what the customer wants before I start working on a project with them. This way I can complete the project to their complete satisfaction. While I am working on the project I like to share my progress, that way if they aren't happy with something I can change it early on. I like to offer the chance for my customers to request revisions on projects after it is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from the Academy of Art University where I studied Illustration. During my coursework I learned figure drawing, painting techniques, and how to use digital tools such as Adobe illustrator and Photoshop.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Its something I have been working at for years, and I cant see myself doing anything else.
