We're still working with OMc Design Group and narrowing down the final version, but it's been a pleasure working with Christoph and his team. If we ask for changes, we get them. If my team gets wants a quick turn around, we get it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can charge by the hour starting at $88 or per project and we also work with fixed monthly marketing design budgets. We offer very competitive pricing on every project and intend to win over our clients not for just one quick pay-off but for long-lasting, loyal relationships where our dedicated stewardship helps to shape and optimize their brand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first listen carefully to what our customers are looking for and what they expect, before we begin to devise a plan to solve their branding or graphic or website needs. We can assist with the careful and strategic planing of complex marketing systems or a plain invitation or poster. After initial exploration of the design direction, we refine our approach based on our clients' feedback and design a final version ready for output. We build in several layers of proofing and refining for every element to ensure a perfect end result. Our clients remain closely involved along all steps and we provide them with constant status reports and fluid communication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold six degrees, three from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena and Europe for Advertising, Graphic Design and Packaging, and three from Munich University in Art History, Philosophy and Photography. Additionally I have extensive computer, typography and photography skills that are brought to bear at every project.
