- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think my 'pricing' is low, and hopefully encourages more people to give playing a try.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to get a sense of their musical interests and preferences, as well as, of course, their level of development musically. I also like to find out what their goals are musically and technically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a teacher and performer for many years; self-taught on the guitar, after years of classical piano training.
