- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a thorough consultation, discuss all the details of services needed, I will then provide a quote for services, once proposal is accepted I will draft a contract to secure your booking for your day. A trial hair appointment can be booked prior or after contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed through the state of California, I have completed 1,500 hours of schooling practicing techniques and theory of hair.I am also continuously furthering my education by taking hair classes and learning new trends and techniques to stay current on my craft.
