Alan from Be James arrived on time and did everything very efficiently. A few misc small items he couldn't do, but that is not his fault. All major repairs are handled very professionally. We are very happy to find the Be James for the handyman service. Will continue to use them if there are other needs in the future.

This is the 2nd time I use Be James to recaulk the bathtub. They give prompt response with professional opinion and quote to the project. When we discuss about details of the project through Yelp message, they can also provide very quick feedback and work actively with me to settle down the schedule. The technician come in time and complete the work as expected time frame with good quality.

Larry, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and cooperative. After a slight initial snafus, he did everything in his power to atone for that and left me completely satisfied. Also the work was done promptly and professionally to our complete satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

Let’s talk about your project. If I’m not well-suited for the job, I will tell you or recommend someone I know. Otherwise, let’s schedule the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, I will schedule a meeting to review everything you want to be completed. I will keep you updated as to the progress of the job and will only accept payment when you are pleased. I follow the CA Home Improvement Contractor laws for your protection.
