FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The next step is to do a video walk through on zoom or equivalent platform, in order for the home owner to walk me through what they are trying to achieve. If they have any documents, I like to be sent those- e.g plans, brief, pictures, idea books. From there, if it make sense, I would do a site visit. If it's difficult to diagnose on the zoom, I can come to the site for a call out fee, which can later be credited towards the job cost, once I commence.
