I’m so happy I found Benny! I reached out on short notice when a section of real wood interlocking flooring in my rental unit buckled sharply at a bedroom doorway. I was worried it might be a moisture or subfloor issue, but Benny came out right away to diagnose the problem.
He pulled up the boards, verified the subfloor was completely dry, and quickly identified the real culprit: the boards were installed with too much tension and wedged tightly at an odd angle against the wall. He shaved down the perimeter edges to give the floor proper expansion clearance and reinstalled the planks flawlessly. The floor is completely flat and looks good as new.
Benny was punctual, honest, highly skilled, and saved me from an unnecessary panic. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend his services.

Benny & his crew of polite men where so efficient and accommodating. They repaired and re-finished my engineered hardwood with quality BONA super matte top coat product. They even moved my large furniture and placed it back exactly how I wanted. Benny responded quickly to my request on this Tumbtak app. He gave me options for repair, which I was very excited to hear. Benny has much knowledge on wood floor repairs. Other contractors gave me no other options other than replace which was a huge cost. My floors suffered a water leak in kitchen/family room combo and my puppy damaged other areas. None of these problems seem to worry Benny. I’m so happy with the results and recommend Benny & his crew. Benny high energy personality is fun to work with. Thank you all for my renewed beautiful wood floors.

Benny is finishing up my hardwood floors today, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. I called Benny on Thursday to give an estimate for refinishing the 100 year old hardwood floors in my new home, and his team began the work on Monday morning, finishing Wednesday afternoon. They filled gaps and holes in the floor, as well as replaced two boards that had been warped and lifted for some time. I will definitely recommend B&K to everyone I know, and hope to hire them again in the future when the need arises.
