About

Welcome to Bayside Hardwood Floor (BHWF). My name is Elmer Rodriguez, owner and lead craftsman. For over 13 years, I’ve been dedicated to bringing hardwood floors back to life through refinishing, installations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance for both residential and commercial spaces. I take this trade very seriously and focus on quality workmanship, fair pricing, staying on schedule, and clear, fast communication. BHWF has been trusted by local businesses, independent contractors, and countless homeowners who want their floors done right. Growing up with very little, I built this company through hard work and pride in every project. When you hire BHWF, you’re supporting a small, family-driven business with a big vision. If you’re ready to refinish or update your hardwood floors, I’d be honored to talk about your project and how we can make your vision a reality.

Elmer and his phenomenal crew at Bayside completely transformed my home. These are the real pros. Artists. And masters of their craft. Deeply experienced, highly organized, consistent, punctual, and also just really reliable trustworthy people. I also loved how they maintained a very clean worksite and were super respectful of property.

While their flooring work will certainly impress you, I believe what’s even more valuable is how communicative and responsive Elmer and his crew are. This is how good businesses should run and I’m more than thrilled to support their business and see them succeed across the Bay Area and beyond.

We are loving the new floors in our home after Bayside completed a big project to replace carpeting with flooring to match other areas of the house. Elmer and team were great to work with from starting bid to project close, even helping resolve minor issues after the project was done.
