- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once you request a project estimate, we ask for photos of the project. Based on the photos, we provide a price that includes both labor and materials. For more complex projects, we may schedule an on-site visit to give you a more accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick chat on Thumbtack to discuss your needs, then move to clarifying project details and finalizing the price (including any discounts). Once we're aligned on the scope and cost, we'll schedule a date and time that works best for you to get the job done.
