Phelan took our ideas (and LACK of design ideas lol!) and turned out a gorgeous plan. He was so kind (noooo ego!) about our edits to the design suggestion. Also he put the whole thing together while we were in another city: collected the shipments, assembled it all, sent us pics. VIP service for a totally reasonable price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial consultation, where we would take a look at the space and have a discussion about the clients needs and expectations, we return to our studio to put a design plan together, including design boards with proposed products, space planning with use of CAD drawings and samples. Then we have a proposal meeting to show you our ideas and review a budget. The client has the opportunity to review the design and make changes as necessary before work begins.
