I don’t know to thank Phelan enough. Beyond talent, professionalism, kindness, responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness. I can’t believe how lucky I was to work with him. Getting a divorce and needing a beautiful place for my daughter and I to live in, in three weeks or less, he made a dream come true. Coming to see my place, sourcing the items, going through the items with me, ordering and setting up. I was too overwhelmed to make all these decisions and handle logistics, but he made it easy. I also had a very tight budget but he filled my two bedroom home. I hope all the goodness he has given me comes back to him.

I’d hire Phelan again in a heartbeat. He helped us design our new bathroom (complete remodel) and was extremely responsive when we had questions from our contractor. It was so helpful to have someone knowledgeable about grout colors, fixtures, and random little details that I don’t have time to research. We oftentimes needed answers promptly as our contractors were asking questions while they were onsite. Phelan was super responsive and accessible. We are so happy with the way things turned out! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial consultation, where we would take a look at the space and have a discussion about the clients needs and expectations, we return to our studio to put a design plan together, including design boards with proposed products, space planning with use of CAD drawings and samples. Then we have a proposal meeting to show you our ideas and review a budget. The client has the opportunity to review the design and make changes as necessary before work begins.
