- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chama Painting offers fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is estimated based on the size of the area, type of paint, prep work needed, and the level of detail required. We always walk customers through the estimate so they understand exactly what they’re paying for. We also offer competitive rates and occasional discounts for repeat customers and larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation to understand your vision and project needs. Then we schedule an on-site visit to take measurements, assess the condition of the surfaces, and discuss color options. Once the estimate is approved, we set a project date and keep you updated throughout the entire process. After the job is completed, we perform a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 18 years of hands-on experience, we have extensive knowledge in interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. Our training has come from working with experienced professionals and keeping up with modern products, tools, and application methods to ensure long-lasting, high-quality results.
